This offer is intended to serve small to mid-sized organizations, nonprofits, or start-ups that can demonstrate a need for team coaching but cannot afford standard team coaching fees.

Criteria:

You are a mission-driven nonprofit or enterprise addressing social or environmental challenges.
You have limited resources and can’t afford professional services such as team coaching, typically valued at $30,000 to $140,000, depending on the duration of the engagement.
The coaching engagement would be important to your organization’s growth, sustainability, or ability to overcome specific challenges.
You are genuinely committed to the entire Team Coaching process and to providing regular feedback & a testimonial.

What is Team Coaching

Team coaching happens in real-time during live meetings where teams engage directly in their projects, focusing on practical work rather than simulations. The goal is to foster lasting change by increasing the team's awareness of how they collaborate. This involves evaluating existing habits, experimenting with new approaches, and ensuring that positive changes are sustained. Micro-training moments provide essential tools and skills that the team can apply immediately.

Our approach creates an empowering environment that helps teams enhance and share their skills throughout the organization, leading to positive shifts in collaboration, productivity, and cultural norms that support well-being and retention.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Customized Focus Are

Team effectiveness, high performing teams

Team Coaching is tailored to the focus areas chosen by the team with the guidance of the team coach, aligning with the four key dimensions of team effectiveness found in the Corentus Team Wheel: Common Purpose & Shared Goals, Collaboration & Cohesion, Roles & Competencies, and Mutual Accountability. Within these dimensions, a more specific focus area can be selected, such as one of the main team tools or any of the twenty-seven related team tools detailed in the diagram above.

Length of Engagement

The duration of each team coaching engagement spans from one to six months, depending on the organization's requirements, the team's objectives, and the availability of the team coach.

Engagement Structure

The team coaching journey includes:

Two 45-minute staging meetings
One kick-off meeting involving the entire team
Individual interviews with the team leader and each team member to pinpoint focus areas.
Meeting to discuss interview results and decide on specific focus area(s).
A micro-tool session designed to equip the team with a key tool to enhance their focus in a specific area.
Team leader participates in a minimum of three one-on-one leadership coaching sessions.
Team engages in a minimum of two team coaching sessions.
Minimum of one assessment meeting at the end of engagement.

FLEXIBLE RATE MODEL

I believe that every team should have access to the support they need to thrive. To make this possible, I offer a "Pay-What-You-Can" model for my team coaching services, allowing you to choose a payment that works best for your organization.

Suggested Range:
My standard rate for the package above is $12,500, but I offer a flexible pricing structure within the following range:

Minimum Rate: $3,750
Mid-Range Rate: $6,250
Full Rate: $12,500

Flexible Payment:
You decide on a payment within this range that feels fair based on your team’s needs and your budget. I trust you to choose what makes sense for you.

Community Support:
When possible, I ask that you consider contributing toward the higher end of the range to help me sustain this model and support other teams who may not be able to contribute as much.
