Team coaching happens in real-time during live meetings where teams engage directly in their projects, focusing on practical work rather than simulations. The goal is to foster lasting change by increasing the team's awareness of how they collaborate. This involves evaluating existing habits, experimenting with new approaches, and ensuring that positive changes are sustained. Micro-training moments provide essential tools and skills that the team can apply immediately.
Our approach creates an empowering environment that helps teams enhance and share their skills throughout the organization, leading to positive shifts in collaboration, productivity, and cultural norms that support well-being and retention.
Team Coaching is tailored to the focus areas chosen by the team with the guidance of the team coach, aligning with the four key dimensions of team effectiveness found in the Corentus Team Wheel: Common Purpose & Shared Goals, Collaboration & Cohesion, Roles & Competencies, and Mutual Accountability. Within these dimensions, a more specific focus area can be selected, such as one of the main team tools or any of the twenty-seven related team tools detailed in the diagram above.
The duration of each team coaching engagement spans from one to six months, depending on the organization's requirements, the team's objectives, and the availability of the team coach.
